I can't think of one
It was really perfect from the beginning to the end! The chalet, swimming pool, restaurant all were perfect!! It was really romantic and pleasant !
It was just difficult to find the place....we use google map on iPhone, maybe with a real gps it would have been better
I really enjoyed my stay at the Resort .. the villas were nicely designed .. privacy was guaranteed .. the whole layout of the Resort was comfy .. The tourists restaurant was good and kids play area was available too .. swimming pools provided for kids .. billiards hall .. I also enjoyed the riding and my child loved the the four-wheel motorcycle ! It was fun for the whole family
having your own villa
- cold swimming pool - not being able to see the sand dunes from the villa
Nice quiet place
That there is no discount for handicap
Our stay at Al Bada resort was anything but good. Firstly there was no SPA or a health centre as claimed in the hotel write-up. Also contrary to the information in the write-up, no buffet breakfast was available as i guess the hotel was empty (i am not sure why because the other hotels were full) and only alacard breakfast was available. The ambiance did not represent that of a deluxe class hotel (as they claim it to be) and the service (except the waitresses at the ONLY restaurant in the hotel) was horrendous. The horse stable was smelly and was supervised by a person who could not speak English and had cigarette buds and rubbish thrown all over the place. Finally, as i was not happy to continue my vacation there, I requested to check-out 1 day earlier than that i had booked, but the hotel management insisted that i pay for that night as well (although Booked.net had tried to convince them otherwise). This is coming from a hotel who are supposedly specialising in the hospitality field and could not keep one of their few guests happy. Instead of checking with me why i intended to check out early and try to convince me otherwise they decided to completely ruin my holiday and proceeded to charge me for the 2nd night. Overall, the experience at Al Bada Resort was a disaster and i will not recommend staying there to anyone. I finally checked out of the hotel and moved to Rotana Al Ain where my holidays finally started and turned out to be fantastic thanks to the service and facilities at the Rotana.
privacy comfort design
playgrounds for children very limited leisure & play facilities for children
i like the place but i didnt like the way they are working in..
i didnt like the way the deal with guest it is poor .. i booked room with large bed, they give me room with two beds .. i knew that when i reached the room.. this is very bad way to deal with guests with .. i came from far place .. why they check me in .. if the dont have avalible rooms .. at least tell me ..
I liked the Location , service and generally the room , did not try the food though as I checked the comments in Booked.net
the room is ful of Flies, also no much of activities ,
Huge Chalet for two persons with living room, bedroom, kitchen, two TV's, Bathroom with shower and bath tube, toilet with extra shower and kitchen. Very luxurious and well cleaned. Direct entrance to the shared pool. Own car port. The value for money is great.
For a few months old hotel the bathroom looked used and not very new. The kitchen could be better equipped.
Stuff ware too good, mr Islam and his team made it comfortable stay. I liked the privacy of the place, I really recommend this place for families with or without kids. Restaurant food was cheaper then outside and it is really nice. I liked the place
swimming pool water was very cold for the kids, I wished if it was heated.
Good Location, Clean and neat Villas
The value for money. The Breakfast is so cold and same items repeated second day. Third day no buffet . Pool is so cold and answer given that their temprature control is out of order.
The resort is accessible , very conveniate for large families and group, the resort has interesting activities like horse riding and motor bikes, all within the premises The resort is cosy and the atmosphere is wonderful The management were superb in resolving our issues and request
Shortage of staff has affected our stay, delayed food orders and no one answers the room services, we had to walk to the reception to place orders Lack of baby cots and extra beds, was another issue One of our twelve chalet had drainage problem in the bathroom The chalet interior design is of 3-4 stars, the color chosen for the interior design, bathroom made it look cheep, simple classic design would easily makes it luxurious resort. The sofa in living room should be sofa beds
Everything is 100%
Staff at the receiption desk are very very slow while check in and check out.
- i found a small lizard in the toilet - there was a birthday party which went on till after 2am which made me check out at 3am!!!! - room service staff are tooooooo slow in terms of response
